Join our dynamic Account Transfers team and play a key role in ensuring seamless transitions for clients moving their registered investment accounts. What You’ll Do As an Account Transfers Support Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our transfer operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every step. Your day-to-day will include: Coordinating and processing account transfers (in and out) for a variety of registered products including RESPs, RRSPs, RIFFs, and Locked-In Accounts. Performing precise data entry and maintaining accurate records. Following up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of transfers. Supporting the broader back-office team with operational tasks and documentation. What You Bring We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys working independently. You’ll be successful in this role if you have: A solid understanding of back-office operations, especially related to account transfers and registered products. Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles (debits/credits), gained through education or work experience. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – to liaise effectively across teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and Skype. Bonus Points If You Have Exposure to mutual funds or investment products. IFIC certification or other relevant financial services credentials. Why Join?
