PwC Transaction Services – Senior Manager (Financial Due Diligence) About the role: As a Manager in Financial Due Diligence, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality financial and commercial analysis. You’ll work closely with teams to investigate business performance, support the preparation of diligence reports, and contribute insight that helps clients understand key drivers and risks in a transaction. You’ll also develop your leadership capabilities by guiding day-to-day work, supporting team members, and building the confidence to take on larger areas of ownership over time. As your commercial awareness grows, you’ll increasingly contribute to client conversations and the development of opportunities across the practice. What your days will look like: Taking ownership and delivery of your financial due diligence areas. Working with teams to analyse financial and non-financial information on buy-side and sell-side engagements. Contributing to the preparation of clear, insightful financial due diligence reports. Supporting interactions with senior management, business owners, and private equity investors. The role is for you if: Must possess an ACA/ICAS Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country. Strong financial analysis skills and commercial awareness. Excellent report writing, data interpretation, and Excel skills. Experience managing teams and delegating effectively. Ability to mentor and coach colleagues. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
