We are seeking a Training Specialist who is passionate about developing and delivering high-quality learning experiences. This role blends instructional design, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our training products empower learners and support organizational goals.

About You

You are detail-oriented, creative, and thrive in environments that require both independent initiative and teamwork. You enjoy building engaging training materials, optimizing learning processes, and ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standards. You don’t just complete tasks—you continuously improve systems and outcomes.

Your Impact

As a Training Specialist at K2United, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training schedules are met, materials are accessible and effective, and learning technologies are leveraged to their fullest potential.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining project visibility, analyzing training effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement across learning initiatives.

Your day-to-day work will:

• Develop and maintain training schedules, ensuring alignment with client needs and resource capacity.
• Build learning materials for learners, teachers, and administrators.
• Administer LMS support, ensuring courses are set up for a seamless user experience and meet reporting requirements.
• Coordinate audio production for training content, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze training effectiveness, sharing evaluation data and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting for project status, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design and training development.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Articulate 360, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex information clearly.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate training effectiveness, and implement improvements.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
