Training Officer – Children and Families Systems Team Grade 12: £50,085-£52,194 Permanent – 36 hours per week Hybrid (3 office days / 2 wfh days) Job Purpose The objective of this role is to deliver high quality training and guidance in regards to the Children’s systems and to develop and deliver a training programme for social workers, early help practitioners, business support and managers to ensure that they can use and get the most out of the children’s systems (EHM and CRS). The successful candidate will lead on the training function to a wide range of stakeholders to improve the quality of case recording and case management through training. You will support the development of processes and practice in relation to the development of CRS and associated practices and drive compliance with established policies, procedures and standards with respect to case management. About You The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of children’s social care and early help process and Liquid Logic Children’s systems (CRS and EHM). Understanding of national policy, strategy and developments regarding children’s social care, DV, child development, assessment, parenting and early help. Ability to develop and deliver a training programme to transform services and practice with the service and across the wider community of partners at an operational level, and introduce innovative results-based approaches. Excellent project management and leadership skills with ability to influence others, including senior stakeholders to improve outcomes for children.
