Job Description

Provide administrative and project support services, managing data entry into the LMS system and coordinating training logistics to ensure direct and efficient customer service.

Daily Functions

  • Course Management: Schedule courses and trainers, send invitations to participants, and confirm attendance.
  • Logistics and Bookings: Book venues, hotels, and flights for trainers, as well as manage office supply orders and document scanning.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and contact delegates prior to course attendance.
  • Data Administration: Perform data entry in the LMS system and keep training records updated.
  • Reporting and Follow-up: Generate LMS data reports and ensure that all training resources are prepared.

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience; previous experience in training administration is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Cornerstone software is a plus.
  • Languages: Ability to communicate in English is valued but not mandatory.
  • Personal Competencies: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Attitude: Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and be a reliable team member.
