About the role: Our TMT Sector architecture director Architect plays a pivotal role in: Leading on market activation, pursuit solutioning and delivery execution within the TMT sector Operating across a portfolio of pursuits and deliveries where technology enable meaningful and long lasting business outcomes Shaping and advancing our sector technology & architectural reference assets and pursuit of innovations to ensure they remain at the cutting edge. Crafting visionary targets tech enabled business platforms and strategic roadmaps to get there for clients undergoing complex transformations Leading on those roadmap executions Fostering innovation and leading the growth of our technology & architectural capabilities by implementing advanced architectural and technological strategies that drive exceptional business outcomes. They lead in originating, solutioning, designing and delivering complex transformations within the sector to enable these outcomes. What Your Days Will Look Like Working with our Industry and Technology teams you will be Architecting and delivering innovative E2E Architecture solutions over multiple technologies and designing the roadmap of change required. Working closely with our clients in the TMT space to bring outside in perspectives and solutions to accelerate their business strategies through adoption of new and emerging technologies. Mentoring and guiding the teams under you to build our next generation of architects and accelerate the growth of our capabilities (L&D, Assets, Onshore / offshore deployment strategies, continuous pursuit of innovations – e.g. Cloud / Data / AI orchestration) Technical oversight of multiple projects / programmes deliveries ensuring the architectural vision set at the beginning of transformation is met This role is for you if: Advanced experience leading on market activation, pursuit shaping, solutioning E2E architecture across multi cloud solutions and delivering the outcomes - from Strategy through to execution in leading capacity Exceptional expertise in the TMT sector business and technology architecture (TMT sector expertise across: Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Software and High Tech - AND / OR) Proven ability and leadership to solution, design and implement tech enabled business platforms and solutions for Tier 1 clients Must have significant experiences and successful deliveries of business impacts leveraging technology Distinctive skills in E2E Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture. E2E Cloud (SaaS / PaaS / IaaS) architecture across Solution, data, integration, security, infrastructure Proven leadership in shaping and leading multidisciplinary teams onshore / nearshore / offshore to deliver intricate solutions Strong familiarity with the sector's vendor landscape, with leading certifications (e.g. TOGAF, key vendors, agile methodologies e.g. SAFe) and eagerness to pursue them. Thorough understanding of the Cloud, data, and AI markets and technologies. leads business development alongside client delivery and practice expansion. Adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
