The person appointed would be expected to: Assist and support teaching staff in a range of educational activities, both on and off the College premises. Support teaching staff to develop the curriculum for students with special educational needs. Take responsibility for the supervision of groups of students to aid cognitive development. Assist in the teaching of Foundation Learning skills. Share responsibility with teaching staff in supervising groups of students on visits. Be responsible for small groups of students in learning situations outside the College environment. Supervise students in practical areas including recreation areas and outdoor facilities.
