• Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning/AI models applied to the company’s products and services.
• Prototype AI/ML solutions to meet business requirements.
• Work with data for analysis, feature engineering, and model experimentation.
• Collaborate with data engineers to access and manipulate data efficiently.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ML/AI workflows and model performance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience working with Machine Learning/AI models and data-driven solutions;
• Strong programming skills in Python and R (optional: Julia or Go for performance);
• Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, HuggingFace, XGBoost, or LightGBM;
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy;
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly;
• Familiarity with development tools like Jupyter, Git, and Docker for model deployment;
• Basic knowledge of SQL and optional NoSQL databases for data access;
• Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning;
• Relevant certifications in ML/AI or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
