Technical Solution Architect

Overview SC/eligible Technical Solution Architect Responsibilities Manage/support/technical authority for customer MPN Delivery Technical lead and participate in the delivery of MPN Troubleshoot and remediate network connectivity during testing across environments Collaborate with relevant internal/external parties where & when required Travel to customer sites for meetings as necessary Produce appropriate Migration documentation Skill set and experience: Customer engagement and interaction skills Ability to generate quality documentation Excellent knowledge of delivering network designs, IP-VPN, Cloud connectivity, Mobile Connectivity Solutions Excellent knowledge of LAN & WIFI knowledge Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing Requirements SC Cleared or SC Eligible UK location dependent- Suffolk/London area up to 3 times a week Hybrid- Site is Suffolk 0-2 days per week varying, London up to 1 day a week
