This is a remote position. Technical Recruitment Business Partner Start Date: ASAP Location: Fully Remote Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team to support all aspects of the recruitment process. Recruiter responsibilities Directly sourcing candidates for various roles Use multiple sourcing channels such as job adverts, CV databases, professional networking sites, direct networking/referrals, headhunting etc. Create effective and accurate job adverts where necessary Build a strong candidate pipeline suitable for a fast-paced recruiting environment Maintain a working talent pool Recruit for multiple vacancies across different business units and in high volume Supplier management Build and maintain effective working relationships with recruitment agency contacts Manage suppliers, acting as a bridge between external recruiters and hiring managers Brief agencies on roles, providing all necessary information for the hiring project Handle agency submissions when necessary, such as screening candidates or providing summaries to hiring managers Recruitment process Arranging interviews In cases of high-volume recruitment, arranging and taking part in interviews may be necessary Provide effective, accurate feedback from interviews to both candidate and hiring manager Facilitate the offer process Assist with candidate vetting and on-boarding when necessary Business partnering and stakeholder management Maintain working relationships with key internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, team leaders, on-boarding specialists and other recruitment Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders such as situation updates, detailed MI, recruitment predictions/forecasts or feedback on the processes Proactively seek out necessary contacts within the business to build network and ensure that exceptional service is being delivered Report on any recruitment issues and actively work towards satisfactory solutions Supporting the Resourcing Operation Working with Management to take on and deliver ad hoc projects that underpin the activity of the resourcing team outside of recruitment requirements Strong Stakeholder Management Project management skills, including designing and presenting progress reports to Senior Management Experience of recruiting candidates both directly and through agency suppliers What we are looking for A Technical Recruiter with significant experience recruiting:- Data Analysts / Data Scientists / Cloud Engineers / AWS Engineers / Dev Ops / Full Stack Developers / AI Developers / Machine Learning Engineers Experience recruiting for contractors An excellent communicator - You will be speaking with various stakeholders, you need to be able to clearly and effectively get your point across Driven and goal-oriented - You need self-motivation to exceed targets and grow your career Experience of working within Financial Services is preferred Adaptable and fast-thinking - You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and agility is key #LI-REMOTE Requirements #LI-REMOTE
