Technical Project Manager

A start-up consultancy focused on motor finance remediation is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive delivery and innovation across its growing suite of data-led solutions. This role bridges business and technology - ensuring client objectives are translated into robust, scalable product outcomes. Key Responsibilities Act as the key link between engineering teams and financial institution stakeholders Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with client goals Oversee solution delivery using emerging data and AI technologies Validate technical estimates, monitor delivery progress, and assess quality Partner with clients to understand requirements and oversee solution configuration Promote collaboration between engineering, product, and client delivery teams Identify opportunities for process and technology improvement Background in software engineering or computer science Strong understanding of data and analytics platforms Proven experience delivering technology solutions in a fast-paced environment Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach Prior experience in financial services or consulting preferred Permanent contract.
