Skill Requirements\/Qualifications:<\/b>

The following are minimum qualifications and\/or experience for the delivery of the Services.
<\/p>

The Resource must have the following minimum qualifications or experience:
<\/p>

• A post\-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
  <\/span><\/li>
• 7 or more years experience in business analysis, system analysis and solution architecture of complex information systems
  <\/span><\/li>
• 7 or more years experience in SAP BASIS administration with strong technical skills.
  <\/span><\/li>
• 7 or more years experience with SAP S\/4 HANA, ECC, and other SAP modules
  <\/span><\/li>
• 7 or more years experience with other data bases such as Sybase\/ASE.
  <\/span><\/li>
• 7 or more years experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS).
  <\/span><\/li>
• Experience working in large ERP programs
  <\/span><\/li>
• Experience working in the Public Sector
  <\/span><\/li>
• Experience with project management methodologies.
  <\/span><\/li>
• 3\-5 years of experience in a leadership role responsible for directly managing other employees and team members.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Experience creating written reports and status updates on program progress.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Excellent problem\-solving skills\/troubleshoot with keen attention to detail.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams: build and maintain positive relationships with co\-workers, direct reports, and stakeholders.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  <\/span><\/li>
