This role provides an exciting opportunity to design and lead enterprise integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The Technical Architect will play a key role in shaping integration frameworks, ensuring seamless data flow across cloud and on-premise systems, and optimizing system performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, mentor development teams, and maintain best practices in integration architecture. This position offers a high-impact role where technical leadership directly supports business efficiency and innovation.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
  • Architect end-to-end integration flows between cloud and on-premise systems, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Define integration standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure scalability and reusability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize integration performance, troubleshoot system issues, and manage deployments.
  • Implement and manage APIs and data mappings across heterogeneous systems.
  • Ensure governance, version control, and security compliance for integration processes.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
  • Align integration solutions with enterprise architecture strategies and collaborate with other architects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems integration and API development.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere; Boomi certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of integration design patterns, data mapping, and workflow orchestration.
  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and EDI.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to team work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dell Boomi Professional or Architect Certification.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Experience with other iPaaS solutions such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Workato.
