The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Read and understand the Engineering drawings Create inspection/manufacturing planning documents such as Technical Instructions, SOP’s. Migrate or create Technical documents in PLM or CAPP modules Support derivation Key process variables from the PFMEA and Control plans Support Process Capability analysis using Minitab ver 14 and above Support PFMEA and control plan for aero components Support First principle measuring Instruments & Gauge R&R Transform engineering definitions to Manufacturing models / drawings All these work should be self-engineered, mistake proof and a ready to use output. Should be proficient to use and implement auto check concepts, tollgate systems and be able to perform self-defect management – with problem solving ability.
