If so, we want you to join our REDI Service – Relocation, Ethnic Diversity and Integration – as a Team Manager. About the Role The REDI Service provides holistic family and educational support to promote inclusion, wellbeing, and educational success for children and young people from migrant families. As Team Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering early help and preventative interventions, ensuring families receive the right support at the right time. You will: Manage and develop a team working closely with children, young people and families with families’ assessments and plans. Oversee community-based inclusion projects. Work closely with partners across education, health, and social care. Ensure safeguarding standards are met and performance targets achieved. Drive service improvements and champion best practice. About You We’re looking for someone who: Is educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification (social care, health, education, psychology). Has experience managing staff in a safeguarding environment. Understands multi-agency working and has strong leadership skills. Can communicate effectively and influence others. Is committed to equality, diversity, and integrated working. Knowledge of immigration, visa processes, trauma-informed practice, and implementing group work is desirable, but training will be provided.
