As part of the Chief Security Office organisation, we serve as the focal point for security activities across Swiss Re. Within the Preparedness & Assurance Squad, we actively discover and monitor known vulnerabilities across the entire company, alerting system owners about necessary fixes while pushing for automation and integration with various products. We leverage our vulnerability expertise to analyse Swiss Re's risk exposure and deliver actionable recommendations to respective management teams. We're looking for someone who resonates with our mission and is eager to enhance our vulnerability management processes.

You're a security-focused executive with proven leadership skills and a experience in vulnerability management. You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, and are driven to continuously improve security processes and outcomes.
