ProblemShared has created strong partnerships servicing several NHS, university, and insurer contracts to deliver high quality ADHD and Autism assessments as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer wrap-around care in the form of psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions all under one roof. About the role The Medication Operation Team works with referring partners to facilitate ADHD ongoing support for individuals with a positive diagnosis via the Medication. The Operations Team Lead ensure the smooth progression of medication pathway clients through their ProblemShared journey day-to-day service delivery, including task allocation within the team and managing workflow to meet agreed SLAs. You will * Act as the primary point of contact for the Team and Clinical Leads, collaborating with the Clinical Team to enhance service delivery for staff and clients. * Monitor team performance, efficiency, and progress against established targets. * Oversee service-specific customer support and handle first-level complaint escalations. * Set up and manage team scheduling, coordinating with other Team Leads as necessary. * Review and update processes to maintain and improve service delivery standards, Monitor key exception reports (e.g., admin users, recommendations, SLAs). * Manage clinician availability to ensure timely access to ND services for clients. * Track assessment availability and volumes to identify and escalate potential resourcing requirements. * Highlight capacity shortfalls and support the team with training and development initiatives. * Compile operational data to ensure effective service monitoring. * Provide updates to governance meetings on team progress, risks, and issues as required. * Lead onboarding and training for new team members. * Conduct team audits to maintain compliance and quality standards.
