You’ll help deliver personalised learning, assist with routines and transitions, and promote positive behaviour. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you’ll ensure every child feels safe, supported, and able to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Build warm, supportive relationships to help pupils feel safe and engaged. Promote independence, personal development, and positive behaviour. Support high-quality, differentiated learning across a broad curriculum. Assist the Class Teacher with daily classroom operations. Adapt to changing needs to ensure smooth school functioning. Encourage pupils’ cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth. Work collaboratively within a multi-professional team. Duties will vary and you will be expected to contribute to the overall aims of the school when required.
