All about the roles: The successful candidate could work in either the mainstream or the Resource Base, dependent upon their skills and ambitions, and they will: have a good level of written and spoken English and Mathematics. GCSE A – C /Grade 9 – 4 or equivalent in English and Math. Lower grades may be considered with relevant skills and experience in the field of SEND, Education or Care have basic IT skills, and ideally, prior experience of this role Be able to undertake tasks under direction Relate to children in a positive and supportive manner Maintain confidentiality inside and outside the workplace Have good verbal and written communication skills.
