The combined organisation serves over 350 clients across 18 countries, with Annual Recurring Revenue approaching £50 million. This role plays a key part in how that combined organisation continues to grow. You will be directly responsible for delivering hiring across multiple regions, with a strong focus on engineering, product, and client services, which make up the largest part of our organisation. You will own roles end to end, from early shaping conversations through to offer, and work closely with senior leaders throughout. A core part of this role is helping the business define roles clearly. As the company grows and evolves, some of the roles you work on will be new, with no existing job description and no established process. You will be expected to work with managers to get to the right answer quickly and pragmatically. You will operate across time zones and offices, and will need to balance global consistency with local context, particularly when it comes to culture, candidate experience, and employer branding. What You'll Be Working On Own end to end hiring for key roles across multiple regions, particularly across engineering, product, and client services Work directly with managers and the executive team to define roles, scope, and level, often where the role has not existed before Support leaders in building teams thoughtfully, not just filling headcount Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience globally, while adapting to local context Help shape how FundApps presents itself as an employer in different market Support hiring related to the SteelEye integration, including new teams and capabilities Bring structure and momentum to complex or fast moving hiring needs Continuously improve how we hire, keeping things simple, fair, and effective What You'll Bring To The Team Strong hands on experience delivering hiring in a B2B SaaS business Deep experience hiring technical roles, particularly software engineering and product. A Few Things To Know Before You Apply The base salary for the role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum dependent on experience and career level We require candidates to have permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. We work hybrid and ask that new FundAppers spend 3 days per week at our shiny London office during their first 6 months, to make the most of getting to know the business and other FundAppers.
