Your Mission As a Talent Acquisition at lemlist, your mission is to attract, engage, and hire the best talent across both Tech and Business roles to support our fast-paced growth. You’ll work closely with our Talent team and hiring managers across every department to ensure every new joiner is an exceptional hire. Your main focus? Hunting top talent — proactively identifying and engaging high-potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and creative sourcing strategies. And you won’t be alone: our Talent team will guide and mentor you, helping you sharpen your sourcing skills, improve your processes, and grow into a confident, autonomous recruiter. What you’ll be doing 1. Full-cycle recruitment (360°) Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and hiring needs. Write and post engaging job descriptions that stand out. Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and communities. Conduct first-round interviews (motivation, culture fit, skill screening). Coordinate the whole interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Support hiring managers throughout the selection and onboarding process. 2. Support the Talent team Collaborate daily with our Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers. Build and maintain proactive pipelines for future hiring needs. Learn best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and process optimization. 3. Tech & Business balance (50/50) Recruit for both Tech roles and Business roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product, Design, Cx…) Strengthen your understanding of SaaS, product culture, and startup hiring dynamics. What we’re looking for Around 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (startup or agency). You have proven experience in Tech or Business Hiring. You have experience in fast-paced environments (start-ups/ scale-ups) Experience with sourcing and headhunting, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter. You get shit done, fast, with high quality → You’re a doer. Curious, proactive, and eager to go the extra mile Excellent communication and organization skills. Fluent in French & English.
