The CoE keeps developing a state-of-the-art sourcing & recruiting capability with new solutions and AI capabilities and reinforces its capability to fuel a leadership pipeline with a focus on women leadership in tech, and inclusion. The CoE reinforces the capacity to anticipate the workforce evolution and skillsets needs through a people insights capability oriented on jobs & skillset and a greater support to our leaders to define the HR tactical bets at 2-to-3-year horizon to get the expertise they need. Topics in scope: workforce evolution strategy, people acquisition, employer branding, job grading, career paths definition, enhanced automation and AI About the job Job purpose As a Recruitment lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the recruitment activities of our team of recruiters and in charge of the recruitment of executive positions. You will work closely with the sourcing team, other HR Center of Expertise’s and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Main missions Your responsibilities include: Coordinate the recruitment activities of the team of recruiters, including assignment of job requests, tracking progress, and providing support as needed. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Oversee the scheduling of interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Monitor and manage the recruitment pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management and stakeholders. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness Lead the implementation of a new Talent Acquisition tool (iCIMS) and review if need the processes associated In charge of the recruitment of executive positions (circa 30 per year) Monitor and prepare executive dashboard for Excom members Manage the relationship with our preferred external search firms Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience Strong experience in recruitment or HR coordination Strong experience in recruitment especially on executive positions Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field is preferred Technical skills Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
