Make an impact with our Accounting Services team as a T1 Season Admin Support. This diverse team of professionals performs a variety of duties in support of our firm’s business operations. As a trusted advisor, you’ll identify challenges, problem solve and drive efficiencies while contributing to the success of our firm and our clients.
This opportunity is for a term beginning early March and ending in early May.

Responsibilities
- Manage Personal Tax email inbox
- Update Personal T1 program
- Email electronic personal tax return packages to clients
- Assemble client's personal tax return packages and records
- Prepare client packages for mail out
- Other tax related and/or administrative responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Tax return assembly experience is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency using computers
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively as a team
- Overtime hours will be required (evening and weekends)
- This role requires you to be in the office
