This is a field based role which will mean travel across our UK logistics network from time to time What you'll do Here, you will play a crucial role in supporting logistics operations by managing and communicating system changes, providing first-line support for logistics systems, and ensuring seamless collaboration between depots, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary contact for the Tech helpdesk regarding logistics system issues, planning and approving technical changes with depot and tech teams, publishing information about system changes, providing first-line support, analysing system issues, managing the OSSG mailbox, participating in service review calls, and undertaking additional duties to support depot and central teams. Your deep understanding of logistics systems, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and solid grasp of supply chain and logistics operations will be essential in this role. Who you are As an Systems Coordinator, you are a dedicated professional with a deep understanding of logistics systems and operations, equipped with advanced technical skills and a strategic mindset to effectively manage system changes and support logistics functions. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritise tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders allows you to drive operational efficiency, ensure system reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement within the supply chain and logistics domain.
