This role emphasizes configuration, automation, and integration of endpoint management solutions. Key Responsibilities Audit, assess, and remediate MECM/SCCM environments based on Government of Canada standards Support MECM operations for servers and workstations Lead adoption of Intune for endpoint management, including planning, integration, and ongoing maintenance Configure and manage PatchMyPC for automated application patching Transfer knowledge to PSC team members for operational continuity Qualifications 10+ years of system administration experience. 5+ years managing MECM/SCCM environments with proven remediation expertise Advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization in large-scale enterprise environments.
