System Administrator – Level 2 (Intermediate) – M365 & Azure Department: Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC) Employment Type: Contract / Temp Location: Canada Description The Intermediate System Administrator will support PSC’s M365 and Azure environments, focusing on administration, security, and optimization. Candidates must have 5–10 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support and configuration for M365 and Azure workloads, including Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Defender Conduct security posture assessments and remediate Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Monitor service health, licensing, and policy enforcement Perform advanced troubleshooting and optimize platform performance Support automation through PowerShell and KQL scripting Qualifications 5–10 years of experience as a System Administrator 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure administration Strong knowledge of identity management, endpoint compliance, and automation.
