Teaching Assistants - Start date: as soon as possible Mon – Fri 27 hours per week – TTO + INSET (39 weeks) Salary - SC4 (pts 8 – 10): £32,442 - £33,384 pa, pro rata / actual pro rata salary £21,621 - £22,248pa Sydenham School are seeking to appoint outstanding, enthusiastic, and experienced Teaching Assistants. We would welcome applications from recent graduates who are considering a future career in teaching. The successful candidate will assist the Inclusion Team in addressing the needs of our students to overcome barriers to learning, particularly those excluded from, or otherwise not working to a normal timetable. You will be working in our Inclusion Faculty and across the school under the guidance of teaching staff and our SENCO. You will provide support in addressing the needs of students who require specific help to make sustained or improved progress. The successful applicant will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, who is able to make the significant contribution required to secure the very best outcomes for SEND students at Sydenham School.
