Sustainable Supply Chain Compliance Manager

We are seeking a motivated person to join our team, supporting the Sustainable Supply Chain Compliance Manager in driving positive change throughout Heathrow’s supply chain. This pivotal role focuses on advancing sustainability by working alongside our Procurement team to help achieve our ambitious People and Planet targets. You will support the sourcing, procurement, contract assurance, and post-contract management, ensuring sustainability is embedded at every stage. The role involves developing evaluation tools, enhancing reporting transparency, and engaging with suppliers to maximise value and reduce risk. You will contribute to the creation of procurement strategies, supplier selection criteria, and the delivery of contract assurance services, with a strong emphasis on sustainability best practice and audit compliance. Acting as an advocate for sustainability, you will provide guidance and educational support to both internal teams and external partners, ensuring Heathrow’s long-term sustainable future.
