Surveillance Shift Manager

• Experienced in multiple table games or prior role as a surveillance operator strongly preferred. 

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 

• Proficient in various computer software applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Coaches and develops team members using a consistent, approachable demeanor while clearly communicating expectations. 

• Responsible for monitoring casino and property operations to safeguard company assets. 

• Skilled at prioritizing, directing, and monitoring multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously. 

Salary Range:  $75,000 - $85,000 (Depending on Experience)
