You’ll be the expert in operations, covering HBM pavements, CBGM, RCC, and asphalt, supporting projects from mobilisation through to demobilisation. This is an exciting opportunity to spend time onsite as plants are assembled, operated, and relocated, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while maintaining strong client relationships. What you'll be doing Leading site operations and teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contract specifications. Planning workloads, directing foremen, and monitoring production to achieve project targets. Managing materials, plant, and equipment, ensuring correct use, inspections, maintenance, and timely off-hire. Acting as the primary onsite contact for clients, building relationships, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Maintaining accurate site records, liaising with surveyors, customer representatives, and the central SiteBatch team. Who you are You'll have extensive hands-on knowledge of laying operations: HBM pavements, CBGM, RCC, and asphalt. You'll have eperience using Trimble machine control systems. You take pride in your organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality delivery. You'll have excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the confidence to lead teams and represent Holcim on projects.
