SUPPLIER RECOVERY MANAGEMENT

Overview We are currently looking for someone to carry out Supplier Recovery Management for a contract role based in Whitchurch. Verify will provide full-time tactical management support onsite to drive operational recovery andthe establishment of structured processes and controls. The primary objective is to stabilise operations,implement robust workflows, and ensure consistent and transparent reporting to our customer. The role will focus on hands-on management, process standardisation, and reinforcing accountability acrosssuppliers teams to recover operational performance and ensure ongoing compliance with our customers delivery and quality requirements. Deliverables The following are the identified deliverables for the Supplier Recovery Management Support: Expedited order book management: Ensure all 385 PO lines are prioritised effectively and have a deliverydate and milestones that are tracked and reportedFAI prioritisation and completion: Manage and complete FAIs for applicable PO lines.Daily reporting for critical items: Provide updates on high-priority PO lines and FAIs requiring immediateattention. Weekly reporting for the entire order book: Deliver comprehensive updates on the status of all PO lines,FAIs, and risks. Performance Metrics The following are the identified performance metrics for the Supplier Recovery Management Support:Operational Stability: Recovery of manufacturing operations to meet delivery schedules andquality standards.Process Implementation: Successful setup of structured workflows and SOPs.Daily Reporting Accuracy: Timely and actionable updates on critical issues and progress.Weekly Reporting Effectiveness: Clear and comprehensive updates on recovery and processimprovements.Risk Mitigation: Identification and resolution of risks impacting recovery andoperational performance.
