Tasks Lead and coordinate assembly work on retail projects in France Proper execution and supervision of hydraulic installations and systems Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all construction and assembly steps Manage and guide the on-site assembly team Closely collaborate with project management, clients, and subcontractors Document project progress and report to headquarters Troubleshoot and provide technical support on-site with a hands-on approach Requirements Completed training or expertise in hydraulics or supervistin site Experience as an assembly supervisor, preferably in retail or construction environments Excellent French AND German or English skills; knowledge of the second language is advantageous Willingness to travel extensively within France and possibly beyond Strong leadership and communication skills Benefits Exciting projects in the French retail sector with varied assignments An international working environment with flat hierarchies Competitive salary and travel expense reimbursement Support during onboarding and further training
