Supervisor/Site Manager France (m/f/d)

TASKS * Lead and coordinate assembly work on retail projects in France * Proper execution and supervision of hydraulic installations and systems * Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all construction and assembly steps * Manage and guide the on-site assembly team * Closely collaborate with project management, clients, and subcontractors * Document project progress and report to headquarters * Troubleshoot and provide technical support on-site with a hands-on approach REQUIREMENTS * Completed training or expertise in hydraulics or supervistin site * Experience as an assembly supervisor, preferably in retail or construction environments * Excellent French AND German or English skills; knowledge of the second language is advantageous * Willingness to travel extensively within France and possibly beyond * Strong leadership and communication skills BENEFITS * Exciting projects in the French retail sector with varied assignments * An international working environment with flat hierarchies * Competitive salary and travel expense reimbursement * Support during onboarding and further training
