About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor position to join our Housekeeping Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Monitor room status, prioritize housekeeping tasks, and manage discrepancies in departing guestrooms.
Enforce employee conduct standards and ensure team compliance.
Inspect supply levels, cleanliness, and organization; assign corrective actions as needed.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Lead daily briefings with room attendants and provide ongoing guidance and support.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Proven experience in supervisory roles within hospitality.
Excellent level of English; professional, friendly, and approachable.
Skilled in maintaining hotel standards, policies, and procedures with assigned staff.
Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks effectively.
Ability to manage staff, ensure high-quality guest service, and handle daily operational challenges.
