This position is ideal for a motivated fitness professional who thrives in a team environment and wants to help build a high-performing, community-focused studio.What You’ll Do (Studio Management + Coaching Support)Member Experience & Coaching Support Deliver BFT programs with precision, energy, and consistency (when coaching) Maintain expert-level knowledge of all BFT programming Ensure classes run smoothly and safely every day Build an engaged, positive, and results-driven member community Represent BFT with pride and authenticity inside and outside the studio Leadership & Team Coordination Support, mentor, and guide the coaching team Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new coaches Ensure each class has the appropriate coaching staff in place Uphold BFT standards and foster a high-performance culture Studio Operations & Administration Manage day-to-day studio operations to ensure a professional, organised, and welcoming environment Oversee correct studio setup for every session Handle scheduling, rostering, and general staff coordination Assist with membership enquiries, trial follow-ups, and retention initiatives Monitor cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and operational standards Support sales processes, including lead management and community outreach Maintain compliance with health and safety procedures Work closely with the Studio Owner on studio goals, events, and growth initiatives What We’re Looking For Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (essential) Valid First Aid certification Strong leadership qualities with a team-first mindset Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills A passion for helping members achieve real, lasting results Someone comfortable with early mornings, evenings, and weekend work Must be able to work onsite in Central Chelmsford A proactive, driven individual who wants to grow with us and support the studio’s success If you're ready to take ownership of a dynamic studio environment and help transform lives through impactful, purpose-driven training, apply today.
