Over time as a team member, you’ll form strong bonds with children and their families, allowing you to witness the impact your work is having on their life and the progress they are making first hand. Interdisciplinary working is very much part of the culture in Children’s Disability Network Team’s. You will be well supported by the team, with collaboration around decision-making and the chance to learn from different professions and skill sets that will develop your clinical experience.
