This role places you at the forefront of AI-driven customer experience transformation, partnering closely with enterprise clients to design, validate, and implement intelligent solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to understand customer challenges, architect tailored AI configurations, and drive measurable business outcomes. The position involves pre-sales consultation, technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements, requiring collaboration across sales, product, and engineering teams. You’ll influence strategic conversations, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and provide guidance on operational workflows. This dynamic role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI, ML, and contact center technologies, with the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer success and organizational growth.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives, technical environments, and operational workflows.
- Act as a consultative advisor, mapping customer needs to AI-driven solutions including virtual agents, real-time coaching, and conversation intelligence.
- Lead technical discovery sessions covering contact center infrastructure, telephony/IVR systems, CRM, and workforce management platforms.
- Translate customer requirements into robust, scalable AI solution configurations aligned with business goals.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting measurable business outcomes.
- Own the technical execution of proof-of-value (POV) engagements, including integrations and real-time workflows.
- Conduct ROI workshops and build business case models linking AI capabilities to quantifiable impact.
- Provide insights on AI technologies, NLP, and contact center best practices.
- Serve as a technical liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to inform platform development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing experience, including 1–3 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting in enterprise software or contact center environments.
- Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, telephony architecture (SIP, SBCs, ACDs, IVRs), and CCaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect).
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, especially large language models (LLMs), small language models (SLMs), and conversational AI applications.
- Familiarity with real-time systems, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), analytics platforms, and SaaS solution architectures.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and tailor solutions to client goals.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in high-growth, collaborative environments.
- Bonus: prior experience in AI-driven customer experience platforms, enterprise software sales, or relevant technical certifications.
