This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Solutions Engineer, East in the United States.
In this role, you will serve as a key technical partner for enterprise clients, bridging the gap between complex AI-powered solutions and strategic business outcomes. You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, design tailored AI solutions, and guide proof-of-value initiatives. Your expertise in contact center technologies, real-time AI, and SaaS platforms will be essential in creating impactful solutions that drive measurable ROI. This position requires both consultative and technical skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders, deliver persuasive demonstrations, and shape customer strategies in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
· Serve as a consultative partner to customers, uncovering business objectives, technical environments, and operational challenges.
· Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer systems, including contact center infrastructure, telephony, IVR, CRM, and workforce management platforms.
· Translate customer requirements into scalable, AI-driven solutions that align business value with technical feasibility.
· Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing real-time AI, virtual agents, and agent assist features.
· Own technical design and delivery of proof-of-value engagements, including integrations and workflow implementations.
· Conduct ROI workshops and build business cases connecting AI solutions to quantifiable outcomes such as cost reduction, efficiency, and CSAT improvements.
· Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, providing feedback on platform capabilities and market trends in AI and contact center transformation.
· Stay current with emerging technologies including LLMs, SLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and speech recognition.
Requirements
· 7+ years of customer-facing experience, including 1–3 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting within enterprise software or contact center domains.
· Strong knowledge of contact center solutions, telephony architecture (SIP, SBCs, ACDs, IVRs), and CCaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect).
· Experience with AI/ML technologies, including large and small language models for conversational AI and agent augmentation.
· Familiarity with real-time systems, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), analytics platforms, and SaaS architecture.
· Consultative mindset with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to technical and business audiences.
· Proven track record of leading strategic conversations and influencing stakeholders to drive adoption and business outcomes.
