Salary £55,612 - £60,147 per annum | Permanent, Full time 37 hours per week | Preston International Sponsorship – this role is NOT open to international sponsorship Are you ready to shape digital strategy and drive transformation at Lancashire County Council? We’re seeking a strategic and influential Strategic Business Partner to act as the key liaison between Digital Services and directorates, ensuring digital initiatives deliver real business value and support organisational goals. As a Strategic Business Partner you will: Act as the primary strategic liaison for your directorate, translating business needs into digital requirements and solutions. Provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of digital initiatives that align with council strategy. Collaborate with senior leaders and corporate teams to shape digital requirements, secure executive sponsorship, and drive transformation. Support the development of digital strategies and application roadmaps, ensuring initiatives are prioritised to meet business needs. What We’re Looking For: Professional or academic qualification, or substantial experience in a relevant field; digital transformation or project management certifications desirable. Proven experience of strategic business planning, ideally within a large, complex organisation. Experience in a senior digital role with a track record of supporting digital strategy and working with senior leaders. Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and digital solutions.
