Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in O'Neill, NE. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store standards, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
