Steve & Kate's Senior Full Stack Developer

In this role, you will contribute to both front-end and back-end development for web and mobile applications, supporting a fast-growing, innovative platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams using modern architectural approaches including cloud technologies, containerization, serverless/microservices, and CI/CD pipelines. Your work will directly impact user experience, performance, and scalability while mentoring team members and maintaining high-quality code standards. This role emphasizes both hands-on technical execution and collaboration within a small, highly productive team. Accountabilities:

• Develop front-end and back-end solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Document technical requirements, design specifications, and implement best practices.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in production environments, ensuring performance and high availability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases to enhance performance and user experience.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a reusable UI component library.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on code quality, architecture, and development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of back-end API and front-end UI development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET, C#, or Python for back-end development.
• Expertise in Angular, Ionic, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Jest).
• Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL databases, including Cosmos/MongoDB, Redis, or distributed caches.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP), containerization, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Azure DevOps, Git, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, and SSO is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience maintaining and improving existing codebases for performance, scalability, and usability.
