In this role, you will design end-to-end user experiences that drive measurable growth, engagement, and conversion for digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Data to turn insights into impactful, user-centered design solutions. Your work will influence key growth metrics such as traffic, engagement, and membership conversion, while ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy user journey. This position requires hands-on design skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will also contribute to the evolution of the design system and help innovate new experiences that align with emerging trends and technologies.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, test, and optimize digital experiences that attract, engage, and convert users into members.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams including Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and Data to ensure seamless execution of designs.
  • Translate user insights and data into measurable experiments and actionable design solutions.
  • Drive innovation by connecting consumer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies into product experiences.
  • Own the user journey from first impression to conversion, ensuring intuitive, trustworthy, and conversion-optimized designs.
  • Create high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and production-ready specifications to support rapid experimentation and deployment.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system for scalability, efficiency, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer web products in agile, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design.
  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, user psychology, behavioral analytics, and conversion-focused experiences.
  • Strong UX design judgment with pragmatic implementation skills for development efficiency and impact.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
  • High energy, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, iterative cycles.
  • Experience contributing to design systems and scalable component-based design is a plus.
  • Background in financial services or regulated industries is desirable but not required.
