Overview Location : Namakkal/Hyderabad Position Objective: Responsible and accountable for technical support and business development for Premix to assigned regions for customer acquisition and retention. Focus on comprehensive premix applications in poultry, maintaining the role of subject matter expert that is viewed as a source of reliable information by the customer. Work Environment: Business Office Necessities 12-15 days of business travel in a month. Responsibilities Business Development & Project Execution Drive regional premix business by planning and executing projects in collaboration with the sales team. Ensure timely delivery of customer projects aligned with agreed objectives and budgeted sales targets. Technical Expertise & Customer Engagement Represent Kemin Premix solutions with strong technical and commercial knowledge to build customer confidence. Demonstrate product value propositions and strengthen customer trust through consultative engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with account managers, product managers, and technical teams to identify opportunities, set goals, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. Market Positioning & Performance Management Establish and grow Kemin Premix products in the market. Define KPIs, monitor performance, and provide periodic reports for informed decision-making. Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights Track and report competitor activities, customer technical developments, and emerging applications to support innovation and strategic planning. Qualifications Graduate in B. V. Sc/ M.V. Sc or equivalent with a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in sales / technical / techno-commercial. Degree in MBA is desirable and will be added advantage.
