We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support and enhance financial systems and technologies within a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, improving operational efficiency through automation, and ensuring accurate financial data across platforms such as Workday, UKG, and OnBase. Acting as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, you will drive system enhancements, lead troubleshooting efforts, and guide best practices. This position offers an opportunity to combine technical acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to improve the overall financial systems landscape.
· Support Finance and other business units by implementing and maintaining configurations in Workday and related financial systems.
· Lead process improvement initiatives, recommending innovative solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.
· Partner with IT and third-party consultants to test, validate, and deploy system changes and upgrades.
· Ensure data integrity, perform system monitoring, and troubleshoot issues across financial applications.
· Maintain and update key financial structures including ledgers, cost centers, categories, and reporting hierarchies.
· Provide support during month-end close, including allocations and EIB processing.
· Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and operational standards.
· Train and mentor finance system users, developing job aids and training materials as needed.
· Collaborate with finance leaders to implement functional and technical improvements aligned with business goals.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (Accounting or Finance preferred).
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology and/or healthcare environments, supporting enterprise financial systems.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and data integrity best practices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and SQL (intermediate).
· Demonstrated experience with Workday, UKG, or OnBase platforms.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
· Experience mentoring and supporting system users, with strong project and resource planning skills.
