This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Solutions Engineer in Michigan (USA).

In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and strategic advisor, helping clients implement and optimize identity security and access governance solutions enhanced with AI capabilities. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, account executives, and global bid teams to deliver technical presentations, respond to RFx, and conduct Proof of Concepts. The position involves mentoring junior engineers, contributing to product marketing initiatives, and providing solution feedback to internal teams. You will work independently while managing top regional opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction. Travel within the U.S. is expected, offering dynamic engagement with diverse clients. This role provides the chance to combine technical expertise, business acumen, and innovation to drive meaningful client outcomes in identity and cloud security.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and Proof of Concepts to demonstrate solution capabilities, architecture simplicity, and workflow intelligence.
  • Provide technical consultation, needs assessment, and customer support, working closely with sales and bid teams.
  • Respond to RFx requests and assist in proposal development, collaborating with product management and solutions teams.
  • Mentor and coach junior Solutions Engineers in technical presentations, POC execution, and solution strategy.
  • Collect and relay field feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage top regional opportunities independently, driving them through to closure.
  • Travel up to 60% domestically to engage with clients and deliver technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering with expertise in Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, or Identity Security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., ISACA, (ISC)², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Security Engineer).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer responsiveness skills.
