You will work closely with quantitative risk managers and data teams to design APIs, data pipelines, and user interfaces that make liquidity, capital, and funding risk transparent and actionable. This is a hybrid product and engineering role requiring both technical expertise and product intuition, enabling senior management to visualize and respond to financial scenarios effectively. The role involves full-stack development, data integration, and optimization for security, scalability, and performance. You will translate quantitative models into usable dashboards, implement automated workflows, and ensure data reliability. The position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment for professionals passionate about fintech and crypto-driven capital management solutions.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the design and development of a web-based Capital Management Product, covering front-end, back-end, and API architecture.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and data connectors to integrate internal and external sources, including banking, wallet, exchange, and market feeds.
  • Translate quantitative treasury and risk models into interactive web applications for real-time scenario testing and decision-making.
  • Implement front-end interfaces using Django and React, visualizing liquidity ladders, funding gaps, and capital utilization metrics.
  • Automate daily and intraday data workflows, ensuring timely updates, validation, and exception alerts.
  • Collaborate with quantitative teams to integrate simulation outputs into actionable dashboards.
  • Maintain documentation, testing, and robust production pipelines for treasury data and analytics systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, Risk Systems Developer, or Treasury Platform Engineer in financial services or crypto-native organizations.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Django, React, SQL, REST API design, and cloud deployment (AWS or GCP).
  • Experience working with time-series and financial data, integrating heterogeneous data sources.
  • Familiarity with treasury risk analytics, translating quantitative model requirements into user-friendly applications.
  • Strong product intuition, ownership, and attention to UX for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to optimize for performance, security, and scalability across complex data environments.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $127K – $203K, plus potential bonuses, equity, wellness allowance, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
  • Fully remote work with flexible arrangements.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative fintech and crypto products with high impact.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture with exposure to global teams.
  • Professional growth and development opportunities in capital markets and treasury engineering.
