Sr. Project Manager (Remote - US)

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-impact projects from inception to deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope, budgets, and schedules, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that drive business value. Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, you will provide clarity, direction, and actionable insights to ensure projects are executed successfully. This position blends strategic oversight with hands-on management, allowing you to mentor team members, optimize processes, and influence organizational success across multiple initiatives.

Accountabilities:

• Lead projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Create, maintain, and manage all project artifacts using standard project management tools.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, scope, and budgets, including forecasting, invoicing, and margin calculations.
• Plan and facilitate kickoff, status, and stakeholder meetings, both internal and client-facing.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate to leadership.
• Track, approve, and report on project hours and resources to ensure accurate project accounting.
• Document key decisions, action items, approvals, and project signoffs.
• Support onboarding and mentorship of less experienced team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in SaaS environments.
• Proven experience managing system replacement, integration, or implementation projects.
• Experience working with business and technical executives to define and execute strategic roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience in complex project environments.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Preferred: experience in the insurance industry.
