Sr. Product Owner (Remote in WA, OR, ID)

In this role, you will oversee the lifecycle of multiple digital products, guiding them from ideation through development, deployment, and enhancement. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This position requires strong Agile experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor other Product Owners while delivering measurable outcomes. You will leverage data, user feedback, and operational metrics to drive product improvements and ensure sustainable, high-value product delivery. The role offers opportunities to influence both technical and business decisions across multiple products in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle of multiple digital products, coordinating development efforts, configuration changes, and ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, facilitating planning, reviews, and prioritization of user stories and backlog items.
• Analyze end-user feedback and operational data to identify product needs and opportunities for enhancement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to define requirements, document user stories, and communicate progress.
• Ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and security requirements.
• Mentor and guide other Product Owners to promote best practices and Agile principles.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent specialized experience).
• Knowledge of financial services, credit unions, or related industries preferred.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I), or equivalent foundational certification required.
• Experience with product management and development tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, and Lucidchart.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to influence stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple products and prioritize initiatives over 3–6 month horizons.
