In this role, you will lead the development and execution of digital purchase experiences, ensuring seamless journeys that drive customer conversion and satisfaction. You will own the product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and translate long-term strategy into actionable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This position requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, including operations, digital advisory, and technology, to align on roadmap and execution. You will engage with users to uncover needs, provide guidance to agile teams, and track product performance to inform continuous improvement. Accountabilities:
The Sr Product Owner is responsible for managing complex digital products and driving business impact:
· Own and maintain the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritizing initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment.
· Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
· Engage with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and sprint plans, ensuring efficient delivery and value creation.
· Conduct research and gather insights from users and customers to inform product decisions.
· Track key performance metrics, communicate product performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
· Coach and guide team members on agile practices and product management principles.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, high engagement, and client-focused innovation.
Requirements
Candidates should have the following experience and skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
· 5-7 years of relevant business experience in product ownership or management.
· Expertise in Agile product management, iterative development, stakeholder management, and process design.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
· Experience defining high-quality business requirements, writing user stories, and managing product roadmaps.
· Passion for emerging technology trends and customer-centric digital experiences.
· Preferred: Certified Product Owner or similar certification, experience developing business cases and product strategies for large-scope digital products, familiarity with UI/UX design principles, and advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
