In this role, you will lead a team responsible for shaping and evolving end-to-end customer experiences across both digital and in-store channels. You will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. This position offers the opportunity to influence key business outcomes by connecting technology, business, and customer insights. You will mentor and develop a high-performing team while operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a focus on delivering measurable impact across multiple product lines.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution for digital and assisted customer experiences across multiple brands.
  • Align product vision and roadmaps with business goals, evaluating trends and competitive positioning to inform innovation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Business teams to prioritize features and enhancements.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of products supporting customer acquisition, upgrades, and cross-sell journeys.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Product Managers, fostering high performance and brand-aligned delivery.
  • Drive accountability and collaboration with internal and vendor partners, including budget and service-level management.
  • Communicate product strategies and outcomes across leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience in an agile environment.
  • 4–7 years of experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports.
  • Proven experience in Product Lifecycle Management for large, complex technology initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools and methodologies.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and able to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
